I'm slow, I know - so that's why I'm getting ready for Easter already!

They were okay until I added the raisins. I'll have to try a different technique than squishing blobs of dark grey clay onto the surface. Watch this space.

I made cupcakes and donuts too, using a product called "flower soft" for sprinkles, but... dad - they didn't work! They looked icky. They really ought to make some fantastic flowers in pots though. Look out for first attempts at that soon!

Other bread items I made are just kinda boring to look at in comparison to other people's stuff, so I'm not going to show it here until I improve. I haz pastels. *eyebrow wiggle* It's only a matter of time.

I think they look pretty great, and they reminded me of a fantastic Easter display I saw once in a shop in Brighton

That's creepy but cool. They can't be spiders with just six legs though, so what're they meant to be? Except weird.. lol.

And dang. I'm on day 8 of the Master Cleanse right now and hot cross buns... mm... *drool*

I *think* they were supposed to suggest that they were aliens, as the big one looked like a mothership hot cross buns, but I really couldn't comment beyond that!

I've made more hot cross buns tonight as well, and will bake and photograph them anon! I like these as a reference image. :)
